On the third day of Popfest 2026, Shake Stew took over the Seebühne stage with jazz and tunes that made me tipsy in their flow of notes and nuances, and so also the crowd, whose collection of smiles and grins grew bigger and bigger the longer the band was rolling. I sat, hopped, and drew the view of the front row - its the people bathing in jazz sound, the crowd shaking, the rhythm as pencil strokes, cigarette ash fiddling over saxophonics, aperol splashes on the bass, the music moving tree branches at Karlsplatz into a crescendo, or whatever it is called. Extastic. Fantasimorph. Brillomenious. Amazinlistic. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
